Teen Recovery Group

A Supportive Space for Teens Navigating Eating Disorder Recovery

You’ve come a long way in recovery—but sometimes, it still feels lonely.
Maybe you’ve stepped back from weekly therapy, or you’re doing “well enough,” but still feel stuck with food, your body, or emotions you can’t quite name. You might crave connection with others who get it—people who understand the daily push and pull of recovery without needing you to explain.

The Teen Recovery Group is a space for teens like you—strong, insightful, and still figuring things out. It’s a place to speak honestly about the hard stuff, celebrate the small wins, and learn new ways to cope that actually make sense for your life.

Led by a compassionate therapist who understands the nuances of eating disorder recovery, this group offers more than just support—it offers belonging. You’ll build community, grow self-trust, and deepen your recovery in a way that feels real—not performative.

You don’t have to go it alone. This group is here to walk with you.
