Clinicians with Cypress Wellness Collective are nationally recognized as specialists in intuitive eating, disordered eating recovery, body image, and mental health wellness.

Erika Bent, LMFT, LPCC, CEDS-S, psychotherapist and founder of Cypress Wellness Collective, is sought after for her inclusive and holistic approach to mental health wellness. She often speaks on issues related to eating disorder recovery and effective caregiving through a loved one’s recovery. Erika brings over 15 years of expertise to these well-rounded, informative, and practical educational talks.

Cypress Wellness Collective’s Registered Dietitians often speak on topics related to nutrition wellness, intuitive eating, Health at Every Size, and promote healthy relationships with food and body. They often speak on the influence of food marketing, social media and societal and cultural values, and how these impact our physical and mental health.

Our clinicians are available for speaking engagements covering topics including: eating disorder and/or disordered eating recovery, parenting and caregiving through a loved one’s recovery, intuitive eating, body image, mental health wellness, how to stop the dieting cycle, building a healthy relationship with food and body.

Types of speaking events: professional workshops and webinars, parenting workshops, school’s mental health wellness and education, corporate wellness, sororities, sports teams, brand partnerships, company events, and media interviews.

Stories of Bravery

Come join us for an inspiring evening filled with stories of courage, resilience, and bravery shared by incredible individuals.

This in-person event will feature speakers from various backgrounds who have overcome challenges and demonstrated extraordinary bravery. Get ready to be moved, motivated, and uplifted by these powerful narratives.

  • Thursday September 18, 2025 from 6 pm - 7:30 pm

  • Doors open at 6pm. Panel begins at 6:15pm.

  • Light snacks and beverages will be offered.

  • The event will be held in the Garden Room at the Orinda Library.

Tickets are $25 and all proceeds and fundraiser donations will go directly to The Trevor Project — the leading organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ youth.
